When you are caught doing something illegal, and you are asked calmly by the police to submit to an arrest, the proper thing to do is to calmly submit. It is NOT proper to get into an argument with the police, and even worse, to physically attempt to resist an arrest. As far as I can see in this video (I have no sound so cant judge by audio), the police were being totally professional here. Considering the circumstances presented them here, they effected an arrest of a subject that posed potential danger to themselves, and did so with a minimum use of force. This is the kind of police work I like to see. Its unfortunate that the subject of the arrest died. But he died because he was in bad physical condition, not because police used an unreasonable amount of force to apprehend him. They didnt.
