When you are doing a great job it doesnt necessarily mean that you would be noticed by the people around or closer to you. Sometimes people with good sight or clear vision will definitely spot you.Remember some people will definitely see it but they are too jealous to accept it, others wont support you because they will be wishing that it was them.
