When you are looking at a nutrition label and trying to compare - TopicsExpress

When you are looking at a nutrition label and trying to compare products e.g. muesli or nut bars, always compare per 100g and most important is looking at sugar (under carbohydrates). Aim for less 10g per 100gJust because a bar says low fat doesnt mean low sugar! This bar is pretty close but still has 5 types of sugar in it. The fat content will be higher due it being a nut bar but generally keep to under 10g per 100g for that too (sugar more important though)
