When you are reading or listening to spiritual wisdom offered by a channel, spiritual guide or teacher, always, notice how it feels to you. How do you feel in your body and your emotions? The presence of Creators love and Light has a certain vibration that can be felt. Guidance that encourages you to harm others, or yourself, or that encourages you to focus hatred or negativity towards other people is a distortion and is not clear spiritual wisdom, because is it not aligned with Creators love.
