When you are the go to guy, there are ton of things that you have to handle. Things that people are depending on you to get done. This can break down the weak. The ones who prosper are the ones who get weighed down and find a way to carry on. Remind yourself everyday of your goals and if it seems like there is a brick wall between you and your goals, just pretend you are Adrian Peterson and run through it.
