When you come in for Wing Night tonight...or for our New Years Rockin Yves celebration...you may notice we have a very special new brew on tap! Its special because its the first beer created entirely by our Assistant Brewer Adam Krawczak! He even got to name his brew! Rye Not! Rye Not Session IPA comes in at 4.8% ABV, which makes it very drinkable pint after pint! Rye Not is golden in color and features a light crisp body & the pleasant flavor & aroma of American hops. Malted wheat was combined with pale malt & two types of crystal malts to give this ale a light body and hazy golden color. A massive dose of rye malt adds a dry finish & light spiciness. Chinook, Falconer’s Flight, Ahtanum, & Cascade hops were used in the boil to give Rye Not a pleasant hop flavor. The beer was then dry hopped with Cascades, Simcoe, Chinook and Falconer’s Flight to add a balanced hop aroma. Overall, look for a light bodied and drinkable Rye Session IPA that’s hoppy, but not too hoppy to have another one! Well see you at the pub!
