When you dont pay your taxes, youre a burden to those who do. Truth in advertising is no guarantee of brains in advertising. The slogan makes a good point, but the ad falls short of what might have been a very meaningful allegory. If you want a more accurate metaphor for taxpayers bearing the burden for privileged tax evaders, simply substitute the doctor with a member of the clergy; unlike a taxable profession that saves lives, corporate religion gets away 100% tax free. When your church tells you sacrifice is a virtue; what they really mean is thanks for paying their taxes. So please get the doctor off the teacher, and give a subsidized Pastor, Preacher or Priest his free ride on the shoulders of the taxpayer.
