When you find yourself thinking negatively or when youre upset, stop yourself for a minute and think of the things in your life that you have to be thankful for. Whether it be having a roof over your head, having a nice set of clothes, having good friends to be able to talk to you in your time of need, or the fact that you have the freedom to pursue your dreams even when your plans arent going as well as you have hoped. Just be thankful, and keep hoping for the best. This tension and worry will eventually pass, a good life awaits you
