When you get married, you make a choice to join your life with another person, you make sacrifices for the good of your partner, you do things you never thought you would do.....all for the love of another person. Tonight, I have proved my love!!! In preparing for Stevies surgery in the morning I had a list of tasks to get done.....buy him some new slippers, hem his PJ pants, get his wedding ring off his finger(that was a tough one!!) and trim his toe nails....yes TOE NAILS! I hate toe nails....HATE!! The time had come, foot propped up on a stool, eagle talon toe nails staring at me...and Im holding the gaint hedge clippers! Im trying to be calm, trying not to gross out, trying to be calm....and I start clipping....and one of the clippings flew up and hit me in the face....the FACE!!! UGH!!! I started gagging, Stevie started giggling...asking me whats wrong....Im trying to talk but cant get any words out because Im afraid Im gonna loose my supper! Once I finally voiced my feelings, he was full out laughing....now Im trying to clip moving targets and toe nails are flying though the air like the hedge clippings on Edward Scissor Hands. Once I was done, Stevie is still giggling laughing and says.....one of them flew in your clevage!! Thats it....Im done! Never again! They pay people to do this for a reason!
