When you get sick with flu like symptoms, what do you do ? Go to the Dr. First thing and take whatever meds they prescribe ? Or maybe just take something over the counter ? Or maybe something different ? This is why I ask , I have not been to the Dr for cold or flu since I was a child , I have been sick for the last few days and I have done what I always do and it works for me. Increase my rest and my vitamin intake . If I have sinus trouble I will take something over the counter for a very short period of time only to allow me to sleep. My point is , meds are over rated and over used in my opinion. Try more natural remedies , works for me.
