When you give 200% of your effort to make someone happy and attempt to help the customer resolve their issue and at the end of the call they say Well Greg Im still not happy and Im not going to give a a good review FML. Reallly? I stayed on the phone with you for 50 min, listened to you bash me for attempting to resolve you issue the best I can while following Verizon guidelines and your going to give me a bad review? If I fail a survey because of this woman, I hope karma slaps her in her face on her wedding day thats she had to mention to me is coming up!
