When you have alot of weight to lose and you are losing it at a rate of 1-2 lbs a week it can sometimes feel disheartening because although you are making progress it feels like you are still at the bottom of an incredibly high mountain. Sometimes you need little victories along the way, like my little victory this morning. I decided to try on a belt I used to use about 6 months ago. Back then it fitted fine, this morning i had to put holes in it because it was too big. You may not see the difference in me but I feel it, its a positive change in my life and its going to continue forever 1 or 2 pounds at a time.
