When you have been hurt by something done or something said-try to put it from your mind and concentrate instead-on the good point of the person who has injured you................this is not by any means an easy thing to do-because you keep remembering the thing that grieved you so.......better to remember all the nice things that you know! Allow for human weakness..you have your share of them......perhaps you were too quick to take offence and to condemn.....be generous and count the items on the credit side.......resentment is a poison and its ill effect spread wide-resolving to forget...dont we all at times say things that later we regret....#NOLWANDLE#
