When you have too many lawyers packed on a Constitution committee to write one for a political party that knows too much, you are likely to be faced with a future situation where chaos, anarchy, overlapping roles, duplicity of roles, complicated clauses and interpretation constraints become the outcome of the shoddy work or sheer over zealousness that might have characterized the work of the committee in the previous period. That is the case or a near case we are witnessing today within the New Patriotic Party.
