When you hve no social skills, people will take advantage of u, use u or makes fun of u...then youll get depressed. .then try to learn the techniques/tactics of social relations u hve read/researched but past hurts traumas, fears reveals itself in ur body language as u try to do what is expected, what should be done ...then get depressed again coz ur making yourself more vulnerable to social predators ..this goes on and on... These are but elementary skills for most people who have been raised in a normal environment but for me who have been deviated from normal environment, this is my reality...sometimes its better to regress and hide from the world or buy services of wise people to guide you..or just stop these dilemna by.....whatever...
