When you lay your head down at the end of the day ask yourself this question: When the universe squeezed me tightly, did I expand and shout Hallelujah I see you and I am here, or did I shrink, and let the universe continue to expand around me? ... Life is only asking one thing, how big do you need me to get before you will say NO!! I WILL NOT SHRINK ANYMORE ... I am small enough, small enough to expand and meet you head on! At that moment, you will realize the joke is on you ... that expansion is all living was ever bringing to your attention. You will smile, laugh, grow, learn, create and begin! It is in the sweet squeeze of life that we first feel our dimensions, our capacities, our enough ... and WOW is it powerful. Show up. Commit to expanding at least one area of your life each day, week, month and year. Ask yourself, how much capacity is available to me, how good can I stand it? In the end you will find that it was your belief system and nothing else that you used to hold yourself back from having it all??? Now, why would you hold yourself back from that kind of paradise? Expand, grow in capacity, grow... grow ... grow ... until you find that your growth encapsulates all of your wildest dreams and more! Claim your paradise ...
