When you live in a small town in Mercer County.... -never go to the store with the thought you wont see anyone you know there -whether than wondering if youll get a ticket after being pulled over, you wonder who the deputy is so you can catch up on small talk -someone will always see you driving somewhere so watch what your doing in your car -when you hear sirens you hope its not someone you know that needs the help but still pray for the person because if you dont know them one of your friends do - if you volunteer you wonder what did I miss? -everyone seems to remember your name but you can never remember theirs... (maybe that just goes for me... lol My apologies) -if you need help, there is always someone there to lend you a hand -walking into walmart can make you feel famous if its a day when you know everyone there lol -craving a chicken dinner? no worries - there is bound to be someone selling one every weekend-with the added benefit of donating to a good cause -wedding receptions are a combination of crazy parties/family reunions and theres sure to be fried chicken and mashed potatoes -there is a legitimate need to ensure you arent related to the person you are dating -volunteerism/community support is endless and inspiring
