When you lose someone you love to cancer, someone who became a part of who you are, something inside you is never the same. Time does not heal, inside, time just quiets the storm. You still cry but not as loud. Today is a year since we lost my husbands mother, my sons grandmother and my best friend to cancer. Olga was a great woman, one in a million. Strong, proud, real and piercing. She was a petite lady with the charismatic charm of men triple her size. She led a challenging life and had the guts to walke the road less taken. She pushed herself to be the best, to always learn. If you met her she would get under your skin, I guarantee But Mmore than anything she inspired people... always ready to listen, to hear your darkest thoughts, to accept the real you completely, to tell you not what you wanted to hear but what you needed to hear so badly. Funny, loud, and sensitive with a laughter that still roars. We still love you, we still miss you, we still hear your laughter. ♡ RIP
