When you order stuff online, ONE screw up is fine in my opinion, yeah...so long as its taken care of after you contact the seller. But two, and after waiting for WEEKS? LOOK at what they did. Seriously? I ordered this ring last November(May have been mid-October actually) hoping itd be here by Christmas for my mom. It got here after three weeks or so, and it was like three or four sizes smaller than it said. So I tell him, he apologizes and send me a new one. Several weeks later, I get an empty package.
