When you really like something you want to share it with the world. When I turned 45 I felt incredible. Suddenly something dramatically began to change, my body, skin, hair, eyes, muscles, mood, energy and weight. I was feeling frustrated at trying to control it all and ending up nowhere better than when I started. Seen by a physician telling me, " Its called getting old." WHAT? REALLY?! Not happy with this response, she continues to say, You should be happy, most 45 year old women dont look like you." Leaving the office in frustration I knew I needed to take matters into my own hands. I had the tools at my finger tips and where not using them. I connected with women with very similar situation and shared that first medication was not the answer. Being in a network of women who are always wanted to strive to be better helped me understand that this was not a life sentence. Using the first tool of food to help me release all the hormonal imbalance in my body, journaling my food and tracking what foods my body was not adjusting too. Continuing with my Shakeology of course, my nutrient dense meal and deciding on switching to the vegan formula to lessen whey in my digestion. The amazing T25 that incorporated the foundation of using my core to work my body from the inside out. It was a brilliant plan to incorporate less stress on my body, to get the most effective workout in within just 25 min. I will add there is no "sugar coating" here. ( no pun intended).
