When you see any star in Christendom, consider whether they purposely compromised the truth of Gods Word in order to reach where they are. When a man has reached a certain position in Christianity by compromising the truth of Gods Word all it means is that he has found enough people who are ignorant of Gods Word to propel him there - the compromiser found a ready market of compromisers, and it follows, then, that nothing he says should be deemed as trustworthy. If he quotes the Bible, the quote is true, but his interpretation and application is usually false.
