When you see or experience someone coming to Christ you may think - TopicsExpress

When you see or experience someone coming to Christ you may think it was an event, but most likely you are wrong, nearly always what you were witness to was a process which lead up to that event/moment. God works in lifetimes and generations, He plays the long game. He sows seed, waters seeds, pulls weeds, cultivates, fertilizes, sends rain, sends sun, dark... over time. This frees us up to allow every interaction we have with people to be useful, purposeful and productive. We do not need to demand decisions from them at every meeting, but we can woo them, lead them, bless them, support them, pray for them, speak life, speak prophetically, do them kindnesses, love them, forgive, laugh with... We play our instruments when the Conductor tells us to, how and when He leads. Their Opus is not dependent on our asking for a decision every time we meet them, but to simply play our part. (This does not mean we have the freedom to never be bold and invite them to make this their moment to decide to follow). Blessings!
