When you see someone suffering from an addiction like blackjack and they have spent their life savings on it, does it make sense to try to hunt down and burn every blackjack table and set of cards in the nation and prevent anyone from manufacturing anymore tables and cards? Would this person just move onto a different game that involves dice or animal races? Is it possible to remove every set of cards and table in the nation? Or is the solution involve helping that person break from his own personal addiction and become a better person?
