When you see this, you have to wonder about the American sensibility (political intelligence?) to continue putting these folks back into office. And you have to wonder why we are even worried about the Senate being taken over by this party. Voting for this over and over again means that we will continue to get just exactly what we are asking for, really bad legislation and political policy. Not voting is a bad idea too, because its basically a vote that wont counter the wave of bad choices others are making. Even a Democrat who is not going to act could, in the face of this kind of trend, be seen as better than a Republican free to work his/her will without restriction. Just ask the people of NC. Since Republicans took over from the corrupt, poorly organized, haphazard Democratic party rule, we have had a tidal wave of very harmful legislation and bad political policies enacted. So go vote just to try as best you can to stem the tide. Just remember–theres bad, and then theres worse!!
