When you teach someone something it is important to understand that most people will retain very little of what they experienced when with you. When someone is learning something he/she often thinks he/she has grasped the information and now knows it, but in fact has only understood it based on what present understanding the body actually has. With these teaching and learning patterns fairly consistent it is important to repeat things over and over again. It is through this process that a person gains new awareness and details each time they repeat the original lesson. In the end, hopefully people can actually do what their teachers are teaching correctly. Then the actual experience deepens more with each day.
