When you throw the negative at another human being, you are hurting him or her, whether you realize it or not. You have the ability to interfere with anothers self-esteem and self-worth, which changes who they are and how they perceive the world around them. At the same time, you are throwing negatives out into the universe for yourself. What you put out is what you get back. Would you want someone to do or say something to hurt you? Of course not! Be nice. Be mature. Stop thinking you are the only one who knows how it must be done. With this attitude you will never go forward in life. Everyone makes mistakes. Mistakes are necessary tools of wisdom and growth.
