When you witness something suspicious, LICENSE PLATE information is probably the most important single piece of information about the suspects you can relay to us. Hopefully youve got a pen in your pocket to write it down, but if not, thinking up a crazy story using the number may help you remember it. IE-imagine how upsetting it would be to see 10 clowns with neon, purple hair using lazer beams to carve the number 352 into all the trees in an aspen stand (to remember the plate 10-352).
