When your boss is a P type, you need to know when to listen and when not to. P types are often notorious for expressing discussions instead of conclusions. So, despite having told you what needs to be done, they would assume that you made the decision to act rather than them. When things fall through, you are responsible for that action. They arent. Whats worse, they often forget what they said. P types focus on discrete data instead of connections, links and flow. They know what they know and know what you know. However, they wont know how they themselves affect others. So, you got to lead yourself. P types are meant to be consulted, not to be leading.
