When your overcoming an addiction or a struggle you might be going through the worst times, but its only because the enemy (satan) is upset that he is loosing on of his own that he is trying to do whatever he can, whatever struggles and doubts and lies he puts in your mind to make you fall back down and turn to him / that addiction again... If you ever have hateful thoughts, or doubts or even when your praying and cussing comes thru your mind or ugly thoughts or a burning desire to sin.. its just the enemy trying to interfere.. its like a missle from the enemy he is trying to make you lose focus on God and bring down your faith.. Dont let the enemy put ugly thoughts in your head, making you feel worthless or like your never going to change he wants to bring you down! Rebuke it! 2 Corinthians 10:5 We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
