When youre almost there to success, life will test you if you really want and mean it that sometimes during the testing process you wanna come back because going back seems to be easy than taking another step forward. Whats amazing is, when you try to ask yourself why you should continue the journey? Life started to give you another reason. A reason bigger than yourself and your personal goal. You started to think about the people that you love, that believes in you, that youve met in your journey and joined you. Once you start thinking of them than yourself, life gives you extra strength and power to move on and everything starts to be manageable and worth moving forward again, thats the birth of your leadership. There you will understand that it was not a test but a help from our Lord to make us dig deep in our hearts to discover and bring out the leadership in you because the only way to solve the unsolvable problem and challenges doesnt come from any life experiences, a brilliant mind, mathematics formula or from any scientific formula but will only comes from a big heart.
