When youre in a hole, STOP digging! Our BOCC continues to promote growth away from the existing economic centers in the county. This results in more roads that need maintenance and increased coverage area for all services, including emergency services. This in turn leads to a bankrupt county, increased taxes, fire services MSBU, and voluntary road MSBU. This is not the way to attract business to Citrus County! Solving such problems really isnt that difficult, with the right intent of course. Widen 491 Drop the medical corridor scheme Drop the county leadership philosophy and adopt a city support philosophy.
