When youre secure in your own femininity, you dont feel the need to disprove the gender stereotypes by being unnaturally tough and unemotional, out of fear of being called sensitive. And when youre secure in your own masculinity, you dont feel the need to prove the gender stereotype by being cold, unfeeling, or hard. When youre secure in these things, you dont feel the need to prove or disprove anything. You can just be yourself! Fyi, Im emotional and sensitive and proud!
