Whenever I am asked by young people about what advice I have for where they should go to school I say, Remember, this is the place you are going to be living for hopefully 4-5 years. So, choose a place that has academic programs that interest you but mostly consider the location and what the space you live in has to offer. Where a school is will also teach you about the world you live in. This is a video of where I went to school for my undergrad. And as you watch the video you will see the 3 main reasons why I chose it as my learning environment for 4 amazing years. A) Water B) Bicycles C) Lanes of entrance & exits! If you have to be away from home and learn about yourself and the world, I will always support a space that naturally speaks to the fluidity of life and the power of the fluidity when gathering power and showering it in a great wave that hugs the ground and invites you to consider joining it. My heart is there.
