Whenever I have a lot on my mind, I have a tendency to dwell on my thoughts to the point where it interferes with my appetite and daily activities. Ill admit that at first, I didnt have any motivation to eat a meal or do anything today due to my mind being clouded with thoughts but after I let my voice be heard, I suddenly felt better! :) Writing in my diary and music are my other escapes as well whenever I need to voice out my feelings. For half the day, I kept dwelling but eventually I took control of it before it controlled me :) I used to get so many anxiety attacks whenever I dwell on things but today, I didnt suffer from an attack!!! I feel like despite whats going on in my mind that Ive accomplished something!!! :) Just saying :) You should be proud of your accomplishments no matter how big or small it seems to others :) This is something that I wanted to share! :) 🌺🌺🌺 :) 🌺🌺🌺 Is there anything you feel proud of? Im curious *hugs to all!* ^_^
