Whenever I see a friend is going to go see Guardians of the Galaxy, I say Enjoy the Epic Silliness! ...Because thats what the movie is. It is a big, silly, fun mash-up of everything I enjoyed when I was an epically silly kid. And sometimes we need to escape to a world where bad guys can team up and do something good and begin to get over their damage...because WE need to as well. I really enjoyed Captain America 2 and Planet of the Apes...but my two favorite films this year are Grand Budapest Hotel and Guardians of the Galaxy. (Okay--and the LEGO movie. Spaceship!)
