Whenever I travel (which is every weekend) I always walk up and down escalators or stairs...even in #Atlanta where the stairs are endless. Im often tempted to ride instead of climb but I always feel better when I stay committed. Its honestly been a lot of travel this year so far and I love this commitment to myself.
