Whenever I want to buy an iPhone 6, HTC One M8 or an Xperia Z3 for k5000+, I always think of a child in the most rural part of Zambia struggling to have even a single meal in a day, walking miles to access even the most basic needs of life such as education and health care...., its not there fault to be born or to find themselves in such circumstance, neither is ones fault to be born comfortable. But as a person who has, its our duty to help out those who are in need. After 50 years of independence it should not take a white person from England to come and help out our brothers in Shangombo or in chiengi by setting up missionary centers, the challenge is on us youths to take up the responsibility. Dr. David Livingstone was only 27years old when he arrived in Africa to do missionary work. A lot of Zambians (Youths in Particular) are living extravagant lives, which include beer drinking (excessive spending) and wanting to acquire unnecessary luxuries of life Instead of thinking on how as youths we can positively contribute to our country and make it a place of equal opportunities, whether rural or urban. Mind you Bill Gates started his company with only a minimal capital, that money you are wasting on trying to impress you can invest it in something substantial that you can later boast about, not over phones, cars, laptops, clothes.
