Whenever a person of Indian origin is in the news headlines, the enthusiasm of Indian media is seen highlighting that Indian origin factor. But the fact is, these NRIs are achieving something out and away from India, most of them went out of India because they felt they have more lucrative opportunities abroad. The point of highlight should be: why not in India, what needs to be done so that the NRIs start to feel that yes it is time to go back to home land again... Next time a politician goes abroad for medical treatment, Arnab Goswami should shout where and why did the Indian healthcare sector fail. Next time we should ask why is there no Sunita Williams in ISRO? A lot more questions to be asked & answers to be demanded.
