Whenever a school bus driver is involved in an accident in Prince Georges County, Maryland, even if the other driver is ticketed by the police, the school bus driver must appear at a hearing (we call it a kangaroo court) attended by a school Rep: a driver Rep: a Union Rep and the driver. The purpose of the hearing is to determine if the bus driver did absolutely everything humanly possible to avoid the accident. If it is determined that more could have been done, the accident is catalogued against the driver as Preventable. Living in this complicated world, that is full of violence shouldnt we be doing all we can to AVOID conflicts? Why preach hate or make movies that are capable of starting wars, simply because you have the right to do whatsoever? Jesus preached that instead of clinging to ones rights, we should surrender our rights to others for peace sake. But are we heeding that lesson? ISNT IT EASIER TO AVOID A WAR THAN TO FIGHT ONE?
