Where The Wild Things Are.... thats where you will find me! (actually us) Yep Heartigan and I had the bestest bath this month with Melody Our Groomer (swoon... thats H-Man doin the swoonin) on Monday with Tangerine Shampoo no less...So after buckets and barrels of rain... we went out to play in our newly mowed, wet, soggy, grass... that Mom says has a bit of a barnyard whiff to it and I found THE SCENT! THE MOTHER OF ALL SCENTS ... Mom says its not skunk... she says I should be glad about that... and I rolled and rolled and rolled in it! Did I mention I found it first and I ROLLED AROUND IN IT...NOW I smell just like coyote, wolf, fox... all the BIG WILD THINGS... Then the monkey see, monkey do, monkey get in trouble too, took over and Heartigan copied off me! So now on a cloudy damp day with more rain a comin ... we two sweet innocent puppy dogs smell like The Call of the Wild is in the House, under Buttercup Mamas nose! We be laughin so hard! First her finger and now her nose...we are inflaming all her sensibilities! Gotta run like the wind... Mom has a beach towel in one hand and a gallon jug of S-H-A-M-P-O-O in the other... Must be for Heartigan, He smells to high heaven...She is takin off OUR collars... she threw the towels in the dryer to warm em up...I think we gonna get splish splashed! Talk to you later,,, she can wash the outer wild away... but now that this girl has embraced her inner wild.. aint nothin or nobody gonna wash that away! Bye Bye Love Halo...P.S. I couldve been named Miss Spitfire! But Mom says callin a cute little girl like me, Miss Spit for short just sounds all wrong! HeHe
