Where are our Black Leaders at? Who Are our Black leaders? Whats the plan? Where are the outraged Cops? Are the cops even outraged? Why are we still just talking? These pigs kill us because they know they can. What are we gonna do? Nothing. Get angry and Talk. March. Burn some stuff. Talk some more. If Eric Garner were Eric Lowenstein?.... The NYC police force wouldnt even have a budget anymore, and every cop in that damn video wouldve been indicted. Im a musician. If I could groove some justice for the Black Man in America, I would. I stand for Justice in the place where ive been sent, and with the influence ive been given. Musicians know what im on. Where are the lawyers, the good cops, the preachers, the celebrities? They have the platforms, the political clout, the money, the power, the voice, and the influence. This is their arena right? With the people? For the people? These pigs kill us cus they can, and they will keep killing us until we put the right people in position to stop them. People with Moral conviction, not just skin color. The people who should be doing and saying something arent, and as long as they contine to see their dollars and reputations over their conviction- it wont stop. Im done talking.
