Where are the parents, teachers, pastors, kings and government? This is such a loaded topic/question that should be discussed one group at a time. You don’t need to be a Rocket Scientist to know that these are a failed group of people. And you wonder why our 18th century is better than our 20th century? The 18th century people knew shame, but now we have a people who are proud of shamelessness. What are we going to talk or write about, that is going to be news to us? Nothing comes to mind. Frustrating, yes? Yes, it is very frustration when you come to the realization that we now only have mothers and supposed fathers, producing children without parenting. Anyone can become a mother or father, since lunatics are being mothers and fathers all over the place. We are fast losing parenting, which is one of the most important ingredients in bringing up a good child. In our good old days, parents knew and had values, and they proudly taught the children, values, respect, how to address others (their ages not withstanding), how to and when to play, dignity in labour, morality and contentment. Every parent knew where their children were at any given time. If you forgot your classmate’s pencil in your bag, is called stealing. They taught their children not to beg, borrow or steal, because nothing goes for nothing. When a child wore a new dress, the first question was, where did you get that? But now, it is compliment; you look good. How will a mother who is sleeping with other men in order to finance her addictions, parent a daughter on morality? How will, a father who lives above his means, parent his children on contentment? May we have the wisdom and courage to seek counseling.
