(last professional race): Last professional race was in October 1982 at the Shay. I continued to ride locally back in Australia until my 40s What have you been doing since you retired? I worked in my trade as a boilermaker for a number of years and the last 25 years with Australia Post until I retired on the 24 October 2014. Home and family: I live in Townsville North Queensland where its hot all year round. I have been married for 34 years to Wendy and we have two sons and one daughter. Hobbies and interests: Love my fishing, tinkering with old bikes and general handyman work around the house. I have a number of old Speedway bikes and British bikes that keep me busy.
