Where as the law expects us not to take the law in our own hands, - TopicsExpress

Where as the law expects us not to take the law in our own hands, what are we expected to do when the machineries of security have transformed to be a Unit with justifications and excuses for every mess that happens. The Al Shaabab can be too technical for our forces, as the cowards are into the hide and seek game that requires a lot of strategy BUT AM LEFT TO WONDER, within the CBD, there are police men patrolling every block, uniformed and plain cloth. How then does a woman get stripped in broad daylight and no police appears, but a phone thief will be down in no time. When there was the #MyDressMyChoice protest, the Kenya Police gave the ladies less than 10 cops yet they knew how sensitive it was. Touts in the CBD rule downtown Nairobi, besides stripping women, they insult people, obstruct vehicles. Go to Ronald Ngala after 8pm, youll see cops who watch the law being broken. its not very mature to politicize security, fact is we are in a very insecure country.
