Where did it go? Heather Daniels Webb....you have erased one of your comments pertaining to Connies family plan phone bill in which you were explaining that Connie pays his family portion and it is circled on citys phone bills. I made the comment afterwards which is still posted that this was not an acceptable accounting practice for a government agency. The city of Newport is not allowed to pay a phone bill monthly for the family of the Mayor and he reimburse the city or pay the phone company that portion only. This is frowned on by the state and IRS. If you want me to continue to prove my case as you challenged me to do, you will need to repost your argument to make it valid. Thank you again for your challenge and your loyalty to your friend. It is admirable, but he is in the wrong.
