Where do I start? Last night was a major eye opener for me! I was faced with many challenges both personal and professional. For those who came to see me perform I want to say thank you!! It was a huge personal step for me. Although it wasnt perfect I see the vision of where I want to be. This could very well be a sign of things to come. I am just going to allow things to unfold the way they do. I just want to share my passion with you. It isnt easy being the main focus on any stage. Its one thing to perform with a band but its a challenge to perform solo with various effects and sounds all at your control, reading lyrics etc. to two originals written completely in less than 24 hours three hours before hand at that!! Again Thank You for believing in me and my passion. The decision to decide who to let through in the vocal competition wasnt an easy one but I want to thank all the contestants for making this experience a extremely unforgettable one. I love you all and hope that we can all focus clearly on our visions that are beyond any competition. Its within yourself and that is where there is no competition. Believe in what you do and use it to help others and bring joy to their lives. My experience as a musician says Ive done a lot in fifteen years. However I am no different than the singers that got up there and that is why I pushed myself over the edge to relate and experience it all for what it really is. It doesnt matter what your experience is but the fact that you tap into it and incorporate it daily. I didnt for over ten years and Im only starting to sing recently and lead vocals just in the last few weeks. I limited myself for so long that Im finding it within myself to just do it anyway. Its a shift. Keep shining your light!!
