Where do I start? :) Today was a great day - I was crowned European Champion and I am delighted to say the least. Im very lucky to be surrounded by a great team and coach/great friend in Sebastiao Torres - Without these people none of this would be possible. A huge shout out to my physical coach Kyle Wallace. I cant say enough good things about him and his training methods. He has helped to mend my broken body and even knocked a few years off the clock.
