Where does all the money in the Capitalist economy come from? REAL - TopicsExpress

Where does all the money in the Capitalist economy come from? REAL money, that is. It comes from consumers buying goods. Ok, so where do the consumers get the money to buy the goods? From the wages they earn producing the goods, of course! Lets get this straight.....The producers pay the workers to buy the goods they produce. So how do they make any profits? You tell me! The only way I can work out how its done is if the initial capital required to set up the business never has to be repaid. In which case the producer can carry on paying investors a dividend on their investment until such time as the money runs out....Then they go bust.
