Where has the year gone? November next week. Ten weeks after that itll be 2014!!! The weather has been reasonable for the time of year. If you disagree you could speak to my friend Gary in Iowa, they had snow on Tuesday and most days since. Very early for them too. Work continues to keep on top of the old place. The gents is under refurbishment at present. It should be completed by the end of next week all being well. A big roof repair done too. A couple of points to note please; Christmas Day we are fully booked and have a waiting list too. The second point to note is a new E mail address for The Falcon. it was ian@hiltons........ Please dont use that now. Im having problems receiving anything via that address. Please use hiltonsfalcon@gmail until further notice. Friends & Family this Christmas, what to buy them huh? Why not get your friends and family together here over a Christmas meal. It saves going shopping and gives you a chance to catch up on what youve all been doing too! We can seat nearly 200 here so well be able to cope most times but its advisable to book in advance. Christmas Fayre is £14.95 for 3 courses including hats & crackers. Thanks for the suggestions for the menu in January. Keep them coming. Im especially interested in good dishes for people watching their weight in the new year. Any suggestions would be gratefully received. A couple of interesting quizzes over the last two weeks. The Wakas & then The MGs were victorious with The Black Sheep & Tom & Jerry both getting cash prizes, first time for a while for them. A sad week at The Boro for more reasons than one!
