Where to Get Good Snow Photos in Beijing [Tripkeys] 2015 first snow came to Beijing yesterday. Snowy day is quite suitable for shooting. I visit the snowy Forbidden City every year to photograph and experience its special beautiful moment. Wandering in the snow with your honey, how romantic it is! I recommend five kinds of theme attractions to photograph the most beautiful snowy scenery in Beijing. Red Wall Theme Attraction: the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, the Mansion of Prince Gong Red Wall and Snow White, its nothing less than the symbol of snowy imperial palace, romantic snow integrated into grand royal construction, its beautiful scenery to lose yourself. I went to the Mansion of Prince Gong this moment last year, it’s cold but quite interesting, I skated on the iced lake of the Mansion of Gong Prince and saw the lucky word which was the Emperor Kangxi wrote to his grandmother for her longer 10 years of life span. It was a summer when I went to the Temple of Heaven, there was a long bridge named Danbi Bridge which made me impressive, it looked like a heaven court when I walked on it. The Temple of Heaven is the place where ancient Chinese emperors of Ming and Qing dynasties held ceremonies to worship heaven. Best Photography Place: Palace turret of the Forbidden City, Hall of Supreme Harmony, and some beautiful corners---gold glazed tiles and red walls of the palace; royal blue top cover of the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvest in the Temple of Heaven. Red main building and Chinese red Echo Wall. Garden Theme Attraction: the Summer Palace, the Old Summer Palace, Zhongshan Park, Beihai Park Covered with snow, these old buildings have a hazy beauty that cant express. If you are lucky enough, you will meet the plum blossom which is only grown in winter. The bridge of the Summer Palace, Kunming Lake and the western building ruins of the Old Summer Palace, the construction of Zhongshan Park, and the white pagoda of Beihai Park your cinema cant miss. Hutong Theme Attraction: Drum Building, Dongsi, Qianmen Street Hutong is the soul of old Beijing city. You can experience strong culture of old Beijing through Hutong paths. Quadrangles in the Hutong paths has large space that can afford big family members. It’s a dependant house but quite different from western house, the construction is more classical Chinese, and without upstairs like an apartment. When I go though Hutong paths, I feel it’s a peaceful place distinct from downtown buildings. Nowadays, the well-preserved Hutong is in Gulou Street, Dongsi and Qianmen Street. You can enjoy photographing from sunrise to sunset among these Hutong paths. Scenery Painting Theme Attraction: the Great Wall The historical Great Wall must be a symbol of old Chinese, it was used to defense enemies in ancient times and now become a famous attraction. If you have courage to climb the Great Wall, the snowy Great Wall is definitely worth for photographing. The snowy Great Wall is like a gray-blue dragon, falling on the mountains. You will remember for your life by its grand view. Modern Theme Attraction: Bird Nest, Big trousers After classical snowy scene, there is modern architecture for appreciating. Bird Nest is the Native Stadium, Big trousers is CCTV Building. trip-keys #Beijing #Travel #China #Backpacking #Chinese #Chinese_Culture #China_Tour #Fun
